I have practiced law in Iowa, North Dakota, Minnesota, Colorado, and Montana following graduation from the University of Montana School of Law in 2002.
I currently focus on bankruptcy, business organization, and general litigation. I have litigated numerous bench and jury trials involving personal injury, criminal, and bankruptcy matters. I have represented debtors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 filings in the United States Bankruptcy Court. I have prosecuted and defended adversary cases within the United States Bankruptcy Court for both debtors and creditors involving dischargeability actions and claims of fraud.
I am admitted to practice in the State Courts, Federal Court, and United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Montana and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado. Additionally, I am licensed, but currently inactive, in the State and Federal Courts for Colorado, Minnesota, North Dakota and Iowa.
When not in the office, I enjoy exploring Montana by foot, boat, and skis with my family or chasing elk in Montana’s backcountry.
The photos on my site were taken in Glacier National Park.
